         The Yintai guide rail is the core guiding component of the feed system of a CNC lathe, responsible for supporting and guiding the tool holder and worktable to move precisely along the preset trajectory. It is made of high-strength alloy steel that is integrally formed, and its guide surface undergoes special hardening treatment, ensuring excellent wear resistance.           Compared to ordinary guide rails, the rolling friction coefficient of the Yintai guide rail is only 1/50 of that of sliding guide rails. It has low running resistance, fast response speed, and the rapid movement speed can reach 60m/min.
